About iLearn Scholars

Education built for the long game.

Most coaching institutes optimize for the next test. We optimize for the next decade. iLearn Scholars exists to give students the depth, range, and skills that compound — academically and professionally.

Our story

Why we built iLearn Scholars.

iLearn Scholars is part of the iLearn franchise of education brands. Our sister brand, iLearn CRI, trains pharmacy and life-science graduates for the clinical research industry. iLearn Scholars carries the same DNA — rigor, depth, mentorship — to school students.

We started because the school coaching market in Pune is saturated with options that don’t deliver. Large institutes treat students as line items in marketing reports. Small tutors lack systems. Online platforms have no accountability.

We wanted something different: small batches, faculty drawn from IIT, NIT, AIIMS alumni, integrated curricula that don’t force students to choose between boards and competitive exams, and modern programs (AI, STEM, coding) that prepare students for careers that don’t even exist yet.

Today, iLearn Scholars serves students across Pune — Wakad, Hinjewadi, Baner, Aundh, PCMC — and we’re expanding through a franchise model to bring the same standard to other cities.

What we believe

Four principles that shape everything.

  1. 01

    Conceptual depth over rote

Students who understand why excel everywhere. Students who memorize hit walls. Our pedagogy starts with first principles, every time.

  2. 02

    Subject specialists, not generalists

Maths is taught by maths specialists. Physics by physics specialists. We never assign one teacher to handle everything.

  3. 03

    Mentorship beyond classroom

Every student gets weekly 1-on-1 time with a mentor. Marks are a lagging indicator; conceptual conversations catch issues early.

  4. 04

    Future-proofing alongside boards

Boards and JEE matter, but careers will be shaped by AI and STEM literacy. We teach all three because students deserve all three.
